Last week I got the Fujinon XF 56mm 1.2 R lens for my Fuji X-E1 . So far I've been using it with 35mm lens which is brilliant but once Fuji announced the 56mm lens I was sold. It is a fine piece of fast glass, little bigger and heavier than 35mm but it is very solid. Yesterday afternoon I went for a short stroll to Little India and put it through its paces. This is rather portrait lens and street photography is not considered to be its target application, but hey ...why not. Good enough for test drive.
In two weeks I am off to Cambodia so I am hoping to present more samples. So far I like it a lot.
